Buying from our website couldn't be easier
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be able to set up your account by entering a few details.
You will be requested to confirm your order allowing you to identify and correct any input errors.
You can change your mind about your purchase at any point before payment is made.
Payment is only made when you click to Complete your purchase / Make Payment.
Once you have completed your purchase you will be issued an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.
You will also receive details in an acknowledgment e-mail. At this stage it is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
When we start to process your order, you will receive a further email informing you of this. (This is not acceptance of your order.)
Acceptance of your order and the completion of a legally binding contract between us will take place when we send you an Order Acceptance e-mail, which will confirm your order and contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. This is unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the cancellation procedure.
Occasionally unintentional inaccuracies may appear on the site such as the price, description or availability of a product. In some instances we may have to cancel your order , even if you have received your Order Confirmation email. You will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
Payment details are given at the Order Payment Stage.
We use Worldpay who accept all major credit and debit cards. The Worldpay area of our site is secure, it guarantees a safe and secure shopping environment. All sensitive information such as credit card details, names and addresses are encrypted. This means that information passed between your computer and our web site cannot be read even in the event it is intercepted by someone else.
All Prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds (£). They include VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery').
The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.
You will be informed if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.
We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.
In the event of a product being unavailable (for any reason), we will contact you to discuss potential substitute goods. If the substituted goods are not suitable then a refund will be given.
If you agree to the substitute goods, once received if they are deemed unsuitable we will refund you along with the cost of delivery.
Delivery details and charges
Depending on their size and value, your goods will be delivered by the following methods. Please note these prices apply to UK mainland destinatations only.
Gift cards and small items will be sent via Royal Mail by recorded delivery and will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Parcel Force Next day delivery for Packages up to 15kg and less than 0.08m3 when ordered before 1pm.
Larger items will normally be delivered by Courier within 3-5 business days. We may use our own delivery vans where possible.
Where we deem it practical we may also us our own vehicle for delivery and we contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Signed for at a charge of £1.95.
Parcel Force next day delivery for Packages up to 15kg and no larger then 60cm - £4.99
Palletways between 15kg & 25kg and less than 0.14m3 (no single dimension larger than 150cm) - £20.00 (estimated delivery 2-3days)
We will always make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, sometimes during peak sale periods we may experience a slight delay with our deliveries, if this problem does occur we will contact you as soon as possible. Again during our busy periods some items can sell out very quickly. At these times to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible.
Returns can be made via:
Courier: Please call 0208 300 0084 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange your return, please ensure that you quote your order reference number with any correspondance.
In Store: Please bring your return to our customer services department who will be happy to assist you. Please ensure that you bring your delivery note or order confirmation and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange with you.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (i.e. in resaleable condition). It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
The return of faulty goods does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear or perishable items.
Limitation of Liability
Ruxley Manor Garden Centre will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, reputation or data in relation to your use of the Website.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England. The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When using these websites you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations
